What is commercial strata?
Just like residential strata schemes, in commercial strata schemes the property owner (either an investor, the business owner or the business itself) owns their lot as well as a share of the common property.
Commercial strata buildings may have commercial, retail or industrial zoning and can include:
- office buildings
- storage facilities
- factories
- retail centres
- shops
