We’ll email you a management proposal for all members of your committee to review and consider any questions that they may have. We are very happy to answer any questions via phone or email or in person.
Our Licensee-in-charge will contact you to arrange a face-to-face meeting with the committee in order to answer any questions. We are very happy to come to your building to hold this meeting.
Once your committee has decided they wish to proceed, Fresh Strata only needs a copy of the list of owners and we will take care of the rest. We’ll discuss with you in detail the actions to be taken to change managers and keep you fully informed every step of the way, but we’ll also take care of everything for you.
