We recently had a situation where a tenant questioned the slippery paint surface of the stairs and walkways. The work to these areas had been done 12 months before and our manager managed to get the areas in question re-painted at no cost due to the previous use of an incorrect product. Knowledge of Australian Standards and the legalities of the situation ensured this happened. We receive good advice in difficult situations. One such issue took the form of two tenants having very personal altercations with each other. Again, our manager’s communication skills, strength of character and perseverance took us through this very tricky situation.
