How do owners corporations make decisions?

Owners corporation decisions can be made either at a general meeting (either an Annual General Meeting or an Extraordinary General Meeting) or by taking a ballot of members, which is a vote taken outside of a meeting.

Most of the day-to-day decisions of the owners corporation are made by the elected strata committee.
