Updated Property and Stock Agents Regulation 2022

The new Property and Stock Agents Regulation 2022 has been updated.

The Regulation keeps many of the existing rules, with some changes. These changes are aimed at modernising and clarifying the Regulation, strengthening consumer protections, and reducing the administrative burden on agents.

Have your say on NSW building reforms

NSW Fair Trading are working to better protect consumers, support businesses and workers to improve confidence in the NSW building and construction industry.

The NSW Government has proposed wide-ranging reforms that aim to ensure people can own, occupy and use compliant, safe and resilient buildings. The reform proposals are now available for public consultation.

National Fire Protection Month

September is the inaugural National Fire Protection Month (NFPM), where we celebrate the contribution of the fire protection sector to protect life, property, and the environment.

FPA Australia has put together a program of in-person and online events with topics from electric vehicles, to product conformity, to fire safety in apartments, and even the experience of fire fighters.
