For Katharine Banks, every day at Fresh Strata is a great day because she gets to help owners in a wide variety of ways.
“Although I have always worked in administration roles, my role as Fresh Strata’s administration assistant is the job I enjoy the most because of the connections with so many different people.
“I like meeting new people, talking to people about their property and I like that every client is so different. I never know what the next query will be – it’s exciting to be able to provide our clients with solutions to a wide range of strata issues.
“My work is so varied and it involves being super organised and a lot of problem solving. Being a smaller office we really do work as a team and support each other – there is always someone there to help our clients with any problem they may have.
“I also assist with meeting notices and doing minutes, deal with general enquiries in accounts, work orders, quote requests and even managing mini projects. It’s just so satisfying being able to achieve something every day.”
