“I facilitate the day-to-day management of my portfolio of strata owners to ensure the smooth running of their owners corporations, regularly talking to our clients both on the phone and in person when they come into the office.
“A typical day involves me reviewing and responding to customer queries, drafting letters and access notices, budgeting and meeting notice preparation as well as other admin tasks required to manage my portfolio of buildings.
“It’s great working in a job where I can help people in very practical ways and create happy clients.”
