Why do strata levies vary between lots?
Individual strata levies vary according to the size of each strata lot.
Your unit entitlement will determine the proportion of ownership you have in the strata building, including the common property areas. The larger your lot is, the more unit entitlement you have, and the higher the strata levies you need to pay.
