How do you create or change your smoking bylaws?
Enforcing smoking restrictions via by-laws clearly defines smoking-related rules to avoid disputes and allow all residents to enjoy their property in the best possible way.
If your by-laws are unclear or you’d like to update or change them, you can adopt either option A or B of Model By-law 9 (smoke penetration) in your annual general meeting with a special resolution vote.
