Being a small business Fresh Strata can respond and react to your issues in a quick and efficient manner. By being proactive in our management role we seek to ensure that the property is well maintained and repairs are professionally attended to quickly, efficiently and at a fair price.
Every property we manage is assigned two Licensed Strata Managers, both managers will work collaboratively on your property. By assigning a primary and secondary Strata Manager, we aim to ensure there is always at least one Strata Manager available to assist with Owner and Committee queries, regardless of leave or training.
This approach guarantees that our Committee’s are always supported and ensures a timely response to matters that from time to time may arise in your Strata or Community Association.

Circulate the proposal to the Strata Committee so that all members can review and consider any questions that they may have. We are very happy to answer any questions via phone, email or in person.
Our Licensee-in-charge will contact you to arrange a face to face meeting with the strata committee in order to answer any questions. We are very happy to come to the building to hold this meeting.
Once the committee has decided they wish to proceed, we only need a copy of the strata roll and we will take care of the rest. From here we will discuss with you in detail the actions to be taken to change over managers. Whilst our aim is to keep you fully informed every step of the way, rest assured we take care of everything.
