We believe that the cornerstone to good strata management is the efficient management of repairs. All tradespersons on our books are registered with our in-house trades monitoring program for the protection of owners corporations.
We will act swiftly to satisfy all repair requests keeping you informed along the way and we will inform owners and/or their agents immediately if the repair is an owner’s responsibility. We recommend and use tradespeople who understand and know the difference between an owner’s responsibility and strata responsibility.
Should your owners corporation have a preferred tradesperson, we will endeavour to use and register them with our trades monitor, free of charge for the supplier. If we cannot get them registered – we will advise your owners corporation immediately.
