We have a number of Strata Managers and each manager has a wide variety of skills and experience. We operate as a team, so should we not have an answer immediately, we can utilise each other's knowledge and expertise and get back to you with a comprehensive response. Each manager has a small portfolio and their own assistant. This provides even greater service delivery to your buildng. Both our managers and assistants are all certified and registered with the Department of Fair Trading.

We can guide you through the maze of development applications, engineers, architects, project managers, builders, etc. When you join Fresh Strata inform us of the tradespersons you wish to continue using and we can keep your list. Alternatively, many buildings want a fresh change and we can offer a comprehensive tradespersons list and seek quotes on your buildings behalf.

Want more? You most likely have a sinking fund...Alongside this, we can set up and manage your asset register, allowing us, once quotes or works are complete to create and maintain a comprehensive list, adding to the quality management you deserve.

Strictly following the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 we pride ourselves on delivering full service, semi-service and secretarial and accounting options to small (duplexes) and we range up to large residential strata schemes primarily across the Northern Beaches, North Shore area and Eastern Suburbs. Why do we limit our locations? So we can provide your strata scheme with a local knowledgeable Strata Manager who understands the local government rules, restrictions and LEP. Furthermore, we use only the best local tradespersons who can respond promptly and efficiently to the work orders we issue. Fresh Strata does not take commissions of any kind or kickbacks from any companies who supply to our strata plans.
