We only collect personal details relevant to your participation within the Owners Corporation and belonging to the Strata Plan, Community Title, Company Title or Neighbourhood Association. Fresh Strata Pty Ltd does not provide your details to any third party unless; you have consented in advance, it is required by law or it will prevent harm or threat to somebody.
The uses of these private details are used only for Fresh Strata Pty Ltd to operate and carry out the functions and activities being the ‘agent’ and/ or ‘Strata manager’ for a strata scheme in which Fresh Strata Pty Ltd have been officially appointed to manage. Fresh Strata Pty Ltd only give out or use your details for; carrying out repairs and maintenance, insurance purposes, raising, maintaining and collecting funds, election of representatives, legal compliance, enforcement of by-laws and other regulations under the Act.
If you have consented to be on the executive committee we will ask your permission within the annual general meeting if you consent to your email only being shared with other executive committee members. The distribution of the email address to other members of the owner’s corporation may occur and we do not take any liability for this.
We do not and will not provide your phone number at any time to any other member of an owner’s corporation. You will need to request this via post or email to be passed onto the requested party.
