Our strata managers work closely with the appointed executive committee of your community living scheme.

With a varying number of members, executive committees can be complex and entwined with different perspectives and personalities. With our small management portfolio’s per manager it allows the strata manager to know their committees, receive instructions, provide timely advice, respond within a suitable timeframe and report outcomes to the executive committee.

Fresh Strata Pty Ltd also have available for convenience, at a small rate two meeting rooms for use by our executive committee to hold their meetings at a suitable venue with or without their strata manager being present.
